GOVERNMENT RELATED TRANSACTIONS

Before you build on your property or embark on a subdivision project or make any improvements to the structures on your existing a zoning clearance and location clearance are a requirement for the issuance of building permit for any proposed s/Improvement of structures or subdivision projects.

Who needs to apply? : Land Owners, Developers, Realtors
City Govt Processing Time : 3 Working days, provided application documentation is complete
Requirements
You will need to prepare and submit the following with your application:
  • Photocopy of Land title or any proof of ownership over the property
  • Site Development Plan signed by Geodetic Engineer/or Civil Engineer
  • 1 set of building plan, cost estimates and specs
  • Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), if applicable. When is the ECC applicable?
How to apply?
You will need to:
  1. Fill-up application form ( download the form here)
  2. Submit to the City Planning Office the completed application together with the requirements above for review and verification
  3. Pay the prescribed fees at the City Treasurer's Office
  4. Present official payment receipt to the City Planning Office to claim your copy of approved clearance

A requirement to support realty tax assessment, sale or transfer of property rights and determining the potential land uses.

Requirements :
You will need to prepare and submit the following with your application :
  • Site Location Plan
  • Certification of Land Title or any proof of ownership and rights over the property (Photocopy)
  • Tax Declaration of Real Property (Photocopy)

You will need to:
  1. Fill-up application form (Responsible: Clerk-in-Charge)
  2. Submit form for review and verification (Responsible: Clerk-in-Charge)
  3. Pay prescribed fees (Responsible: City Treasurer's Office)
  4. Present O.R and claim copy of approved certificate (Responsible: Clerk-in-Charge)
Fees/Charges :Certification Fee/ Service Fee P250.00/ha.

The City Planning Office provides various data, maps and other documents pertinent to programs and projects of the city.
Who needs to apply? General Public
City Govt Processing Time: 3 days
Requirements : Written request from requesting parties duly approved by the City Mayor.
How to Apply? Prepare a written request from requesting parties duly approved by the City Mayor.
Receiving Clerk : CPDC, PDO III, PDO II, PDA
Fees/Charges :Free

The City Planning Office provides technical assistance in the preparation of Barangay AIP, Project Proposal/Design to interested barangays that request assistance.
Who needs to apply? 26 Barangays of Digos City

Requirements: Written request by the Punong Barangay duly approved by the City mayor
How to Apply: Submit written request duly approved by the City Mayor
Receiving Clerk : CPDC, PDO III, PDO II
